Bathe your brain?

Is mediation something you have ever considered for your life? 80% of top business leaders meditate, at least according to entrepreneur and author Tim Ferriss who has interviewed over 200 world-class performers for his weekly podcast The Tim Ferriss Show. What do all of these top performers have in common? They all use some form of meditation daily to achieve better results in business.

Ferriss states, “I find that meditation is very helpful for avoiding anxiety and it’s the reset button for the rest of the day… it’s basically a warm bath for your brain.” Okay…If Ferriss is doing it-how could you not try it??? RIGHT?

Deep within all of us a calm, settled state of mind where our clarity, focus and unbound creativity exists. Meditation allows you to settle down and activate that inner level. It allows the build-up of stress, fatigue, tension to be dissolved and an increase in your well-being results.


  • Reduced stress and anxiety.

  • Improved sleep.

  • Greater sense of clarity and productivity.

  • Lower blood pressure.

  • Greater sense of calmness throughout the day.

  • Reduced cortisol.
